Julia Ioffe - Director

Joining the board in 2021, Julia brings a creative approach to the board. She is an avid proponent of education and works diligently to enable CONG members and their families the opportunity to pursue their educational goals.

Outside of EFCONG, Julia is a Medical Administrator, with a background is medical office management. She is also a Master Level Medical Interpreter, and loves to read foreign books.
